 The Trades People are a team of experienced tradesmen that have been selected by Matt and Joe. Our vision was to build a reliable and professional team that over the years that have built trust from us that can be passed to every client.

In addition to working from drawings supplied by your architect; we can offer a full design and build service. We have built strong relationships with our trusted panel of architects and structural engineers, and we would love to share the knowledge with you.

This is a big one for us. We are a stickler for a tidy site. The last thing we want is for you to be sick of the sight of us, so we make every best effort to ensure your home is tidy and presentable at the end of each day.

Structured Payments

We believe you should only pay for what you've had, we offer a structured payment service where we invoice at agreed intervals for only the works that have been completed at that stage.

Carbon Footprint

We love the land that we build on and we aim to protect it as much as we can. Our vision is to recycle every waste material removed from site. Whether it be put to use elsewhere or separated and disposed of correctly all waste materials will have a home that will reduce our carbon footprint.
